**Business Administrator**

**Role Purpose**:
This role provides constant variety and challenge. You will support the company’s Directors with various aspects of running the business, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining our reputation for and commitment to quality and value throughout.

This is a part-time position of circa 24 hours per week, ideally spread over 4 or 5 days.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Board support**
- Develop a collaborative relationship.
- Adapt and respond to change in requirements.
- Support with Marketing.
- Company event co-ordination.
- Advocate for likely employee views.
- Support company compliance (for example insurance, PQQ process, etc).
- Develop new processes.

**HR Support**
- System set ups for new employees including client systems.
- Equipment purchases and asset management.
- Training administration.

**Administrative support**
- Organise company meetings and take minutes if required.
- Keep files up to date and relevant.
- Learn on the fly, for example import/export processes.
- Learning and development - ensure pathways for training and development are followed.
- Admin of benefit systems.
- Cover company phone.
- Deal with external enquiries via the company inboxes.
- Support HR and Finance function when needed.
- Any other administrative duties as required.

Good standard of secondary education (essential)

**Experience**

Business administration and/or an office environment (minimum of 3 years) (essential)
