**At a glance**
- ** Working pattern/flexible working** - This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and our Bracknell office. We currently meet together in person as a team once a month but this could change in the future.
- ** Salary** - The salary range for this role is set at £26,500 - £34,500
- ** Contract type** - We have a number of opportunities for fixed-term contracts until December 2023. (internally known as a Secondment).
- ** Hours of work**:
The team cover an operational window on a rota basis:
Earliest start: 08:00

Latest finish: 18:00

Saturday working on a rotational basis - 09:00 - 17:00

**Interviews will be taking place Monday - Thursday 10 am to 4 pm**

**About the role**

Working for the Talent Acquisition Team Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and delivering the wider Talent Acquisition team with the end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks in line with policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be accountable for supporting all areas of our business, building a strong understanding of their requirements and any specific legal or policy requirements that may impact hires.

You will have strong knowledge of processes such as vetting, criminal convictions, right to work and reasonable adjustments, knowing when to escalate queries or seek further support.

**Essential skills you’ll need:

- **
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and in an agile way
- Work effectively to deadlines
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Great stakeholder management skills

**Desirable skills you could bring:

- 6 months+ Retail experience
- Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
- 6 months + recruitment experience and understanding of end to end recruitment processes and policies
- Experience of acting and/or engaging with hiring managers.
