- ** Working pattern/flexible working** -** This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and our Bracknell office. There will be an expectation to attend in person team days at Bracknell at least once a month. Induction and 2 weeks training will be held in person at our Bracknell office.
- ** Salary** - **£27,200 - £36,000 dependent on relevant skills and experience.
- ** Contract type** - **We have a number of opportunities for fixed-term contracts until 7th December 2023. (internally known as Secondment).
- ** Hours of work** - The team cover an operational window on a rota basis: Earliest start time**:08:00**, Latest finish time**:18:00** and Saturday working on a rotational basis - **09:00 - 17:00**
- ** Interviews will be taking place Monday - Thursday 10am to 4pm**

**Essential skills you’ll need:

- **
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and in an agile way
- Work effectively to deadlines
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Great stakeholder management skills

**Desirable skills you could bring:

- **
- 6 months+ Retail experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system
- 6 months + recruitment experience and understanding of end to end recruitment processes and policies
- Experience of acting and/or engaging with hiring managers.
