**Job Title**:Junior Sales & Service Assistant
**Location**:Dartford, Kent
**Salary**: £16,000 - £18,000 DOE
**Job type**: Full-time, Permanent.
Stanbridge are seeking a Junior**Sales & Service assistant to** join their offices in Dartford. This role would suit a bright A level school leaver, a returner to work or someone looking to gain office experience.
As an Office Junior, you will be exposed to various aspects of office operations, providing valuable support to different departments, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. This role offers extensive training and the chance to acquire essential skills for a successful career.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing a shared inbox, answering customer questions in a timely manner
- Completing stock checks and placing customer orders
- Inbound and outbound calls with customers to check on project statuses
- Liaise with multiple departments such as Sales, service, accounts & good in/out
- Answering the phone
- Calling clients to arrange appointments
- Handling telephone calls and providing information to clients
- Booking service/repair callouts for our engineers.
- Processing quotations, orders, and invoices on the company system.
- Building, developing, and managing business relationships with our clients.
- Actively promoting all the products and services offered by our company by telephone
- Warm sales calls
- Full training will be provided
Working hours Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm & Friday 8.45am - 3.45am
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and information
