The Purchasing Administrator provides administrative support for the purchasing department to ensure open purchase orders are regularly checked for delivery status.

**DUTIES**
- Ensure all open purchase orders are regularly progressed with our suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in full
- Update purchase order due dates and notes
- Process purchase order confirmations and file them appropriately
- Provide administrative support for the Purchasing Department

**SKILLS**
- Excellent communicator, written, and verbal
- Good computer skills
- Motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Good time management skills
