As a member of the Sales Operations team as a **Customer Service Advisor** you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to both our online and retail customers from across the world.

It's not your usual customer service job or a call centre environment. All our departments are together in an open plan office so it's easy to interact with others to get the job done.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing cases from opening to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and a high level of detail throughout
- Administrative support for the Sales Operations Team
- First line contact for 3rd party Warehouse
- Processing orders, order inputting and updating systems
- Working to department SLAs and KPIs
- General office administration

**What we're looking for**:

- You care about your customers and do everything you can to give them the best customer experience
- You enjoy taking ownership and resolving customer issues
- You work efficiently and accurately with a "right first time" approach
- You can move between different tasks and priorities with ease
- When it's busy and you're under pressure you maintain high standards, a calm approach and get the job done
- You're comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Previous experience in a customer services role

**What we offer**:

- It's Monday to Thursday 9-5 with an early finish on Friday, with some weekend working and extended hours during our peak business periods
