A natural team player, you will enjoy working closely with your WillPowder colleagues, ensuring as a team that you deliver an outstanding customer experience supporting the needs of our growing business.
You will be flexible in your working hours and be able to respond to fluctuating workloads. You will be willing to go the extra mile, as this is not a 9-5 role.
We understand you may not have worked in Health & Wellness sector before, and that’s OK, but the desire to learn and develop new skills will be important to us as you flourish in your new role. If this is you then we have just the role you’ve been looking for.
**Your role and responsibilities**:
- As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact on the customers journey with WillPowders.
- Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries.
- Providing updates on orders.
- Troubleshooting and investigating solutions to a wide range of queries.
- Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales.
- Produce reports via excel & Powerpoint for the senior leadership team.
- Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks.
- Answering customer queries through social media platforms
**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred.
