Contract Administrator

**Racsel Building Services LTD Has been established for over 50 years, We are a growing Heating, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical services company covering London and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our office in Reigate, Surrey.**
The role will include the following duties:
- Receptionist duties such as answering phone calls
- Co-ordinating engineers, scheduling planned and reactive work.
- Chasing engineer reports, quotes, and paperwork
- Assisting with ordering parts and liaising with subcontractors
- Scheduling PPM work with clients
- Sending engineer reports and reactive invoices to clients
- Recording jobs and schedules on appropriate IT Systems and using in house CLIK system.
- Escalating issues from clients/ engineers promptly
- Organising engineers training and helping to prepare RAMS where required.
**Essential**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written organisation skills
- Ability to take initiative on tasks and good attention to detail
- Must have competent IT SKILLS
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of working in a HVAC/ Building Service type organisation or previous experience in an administration role
Friendly family run business based in Reigate, Surrey with on-site parking
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
