Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) - Insurance Services. This challenging and rewarding role will draw on your exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our business teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management and communication
  • Meeting preparation and support, including scheduling, monitoring attendance, catering, AV setup, IT requirements, and venue/event support
  • Accurate and timely completion of timesheets and expenses
  • Arranging travel and managing mailboxes with minimal intervention
  • Compliance with internal records management systems
  • File client materials in line with records management procedures
  • Production of client materials, including reports, letters, meeting notes, presentations, and proofreading non-technical content
  • Comprehensive billing and financial management, including complex client billing and budget tracking
  • Support with client contracting, including research, contract loading, and internal financial project code setup
  • Maintenance of internal client management systems, including contact information, proposal management, and pipeline reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and a good understanding of Excel
  • Strong command of the English language, spelling, and grammar
  • Good level of numeracy and accurate typing/data entry efficiency
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to its success
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Persistent and persuasive communication with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong customer service and client-focused attitude
  • Solution-focused approach and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and workload estimation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes company pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers, and flexible benefits, including critical illness cover, dental cover, and many other options. Full training is provided, including new starter induction and further training thereafter.
