Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our Retail division on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This role will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to valued customers, partners, and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries via various channels.
- Take ownership of resolving customer concerns and providing excellent service at all times.
- Organise and plan work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organisational and planning abilities.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
