Sudale Search are delighted to be partnering with this growing, financial service business in Birmingham. We are looking for a PA/Office Manager who will be managing the office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be comfortable and confidentsupporting senior managers and clients with a positive professional experience.

As the PA/Office Manger, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a high level of service from the moment they make contact. You will be responsible for supporting the partners with all administrative duties in a fast pacedever changing environment. You will be proactive and highly organised and ideally have worked in financial services or have an accountancy background.

The PA/Office Manager will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Document amendments
- Screen calls and monitor switchboard
- Sorting and distributing the internal post
- Ordering the stationary and office supplies
- Updating CRM
- Producing reports
- Processing cheques
- Setting up meetings
- Managing the office
- Preparing presentations
- Organising travel
- Diary Management
- Managing and booking events
- AML checks
- Processing expenses
