**Responsibilities**
- Assist with managing the order flow using an ERP system to our global warehouses
- Support the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor delivery performace and report on carrier performace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Service and Warehouse, to ensure effective communication and resolution of operational issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
