Join the dynamic team at Archie's Operations as a Sales & Events Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our exciting expansion.

Archie's is renowned for its innovative and appealing offerings, creating a vibrant atmosphere for dining and socializing. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a unique menu that keeps our customers coming back.

As we continue to grow, we are launching a new leisure venue, and we need a passionate individual to manage our events and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations to promote corporate events and private parties.

· Coordinate event bookings across all Archie's locations.

· Oversee the promotion, scheduling, and execution of events.

· Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

· Address customer inquiries regarding events through various communication channels.

· Ensure accurate communication of all party bookings with relevant teams.

· Collaborate with different departments to guarantee seamless event execution and exceed guest expectations.

· Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance event visibility both in-store and online.

· Conduct follow-ups post-event to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a Sales & Events Coordinator role within the hospitality or leisure sector.

· Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development.

· Experience in organizing both unique and recurring events.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficient in utilizing technology for event management.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
