Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of webinars, including scheduling, hosting, and post-webinar activities
  • Deliver sales blueprints, including launch plans, sales training, and sales support materials
  • Create promotional materials, such as social media briefs, email marketing briefs, and design briefs
  • Work with subject matter experts to plan webinar topics and create content
  • Coordinate in-person conferences, including booth materials, handouts, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute regular lead reports for sales and marketing teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing webinars and in-person conferences
  • Experience with webinar platforms, such as GoToWebinar, Goldcast, and ON24
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • B2B experience and software experience preferred
