**What is the point of this role?**

In this role you will look after the delivery and execution of our events calendar comprising of in-person events at our newly refurbished home, Fusion, external events in venues across the UK and online webinars. Working in collaboration with our marketing campaign managers and stakeholders across the business you will manage the day-to-day delivery and reporting of the events that we deliver for both internal and external audiences, ensuring maximum ROI.

**What will I be doing?**
- Planning & delivery of internal and external events within budget in line with the marketing plan for FY24 and beyond
- Working with our internal comms team on planning and delivery of our internal events throughout the year - Inc front of house
- Ownership of events calendar
- Attending all our events in person or online
- Work with the wider marketing team campaign managers to run pre-during and post campaign events to ensure maximum ROI
- Post event reporting and analysis
- Working with our external events partners to drive the most value out of our events
- Keeping up to date with industry events and competitors
- Manage stakeholder relationship with merchandise suppliers, this will include keeping track of merchandise for the business and ordering within approved budgets for events

**What will I bring to the role?**
- Experience in working on several different events across in person/webinars and exhibitions.
- Experience working on events within a marketing/sales team is preferred.
- Thrives working in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Confident, able to work on own initiative and take responsibility.
- Strong communicator both verbal and written with excellent attention to detail.
- Project management / event management - Preferred
- Marketing qualifications preferred but not essential.
