As we expand our operations with a new leisure complex, we need a proactive Event Sales Coordinator to oversee key elements of our event planning and booking processes.

In this role, you will be tasked with driving outbound sales, organizing, and executing events. Creativity in crafting appealing event packages is essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses and educational institutions to promote corporate events and gatherings.
  • Manage event bookings across all Archie's venues.
  • Oversee event promotion, scheduling, and execution.
  • Welcome and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding events through various communication channels.
  • Ensure all event bookings are accurately processed and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee events run smoothly and exceed expectations.
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to effectively promote events through various platforms.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-events to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Sales & Events Coordinator role within the hospitality or leisure sector.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development.
  • Experience in planning both unique and recurring events.
  • Strong attention to detail through effective project management.
  • Proficient in technology and capable of implementing systems for event management.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities. Please note that a background check will be required for this position.
