As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the launch of a new leisure facility.

In this role, reporting to the Operations Director, the Sales & Events Coordinator will be pivotal in managing key aspects of our event planning and booking processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in proactive outreach to establish relationships with local organizations and educational institutions to promote corporate events and gatherings.
  • Coordinating event bookings across all Archie's venues.
  • Overseeing the promotion, scheduling, and execution of events.
  • Welcoming and assisting all guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to events both in person and through various communication channels.
  • Ensuring accurate communication of all event details with relevant teams prior to the event.
  • Collaborating with various departments to guarantee events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
  • Working alongside our Marketing team to enhance event visibility both in-store and online.
  • Conducting follow-ups post-event to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales & Events Coordinator role within the hospitality or leisure sector is essential.
  • A proven track record in outbound sales and business development.
  • Experience in organizing both unique and recurring events.
  • A keen eye for detail through effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, capable of researching and implementing systems for event management.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
