Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving corporate business into our independent hotels across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve corporate segment goals by taking key responsibility for the achievement of the corporate segment across our hotels.
- Manage key accounts by growing and maintaining corporate transient and group business, ensuring maximum revenue.
- Drive revenue by effectively selling all aspects of the portfolio within local and national marketplaces.
- Secure new business and enhance existing account profitability.
- Drive and increase inquiries for corporate transient, group, and meeting events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a hotel sales role or relevant sales role.
- Excellent sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to connect and engage with anyone, anytime, anywhere.
- Open to new ideas and approaches.
