As we continue to grow, we are excited to enhance our event offerings and require a Sales & Event Planning Coordinator to oversee key elements of our event management.

In this role, you will be tasked with driving sales, organizing, and executing events. Creativity and enthusiasm are essential as you will be the primary contact for clients interested in our event services.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Event Planning Coordinator:

·
Actively engage with local businesses and educational institutions to promote corporate events and gatherings.

·
Manage event bookings across all Archie's venues.

·
Oversee event promotion, scheduling, and execution.

·
Welcome and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

·
Address customer inquiries regarding events through various communication channels.

·
Ensure accurate communication of all event details to relevant teams prior to the event.

·
Collaborate with various departments to guarantee events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.

·
Work alongside the Marketing team to effectively promote events through various channels.

·
Conduct follow-ups with guests post-event to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

·
Previous experience in a Sales & Event Planning role within the hospitality or leisure sector is essential.

·
Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development.

·
Experience in coordinating both unique and recurring events.

·
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

·
Proficient in utilizing technology for event management.

·
Exceptional customer service abilities.
