National Mobility Hire is a division of Venu+ (USA) and is the leading supplier of fleet mobility services and locker equipment in the UK. We are one of the only companies in the U.K. specialising in the supply of mobility equipment and lockers and serving many of the country’s best-known attractions and venues in addition to attending to the requirements of our many domestic customers.
We are looking to recruit a part time administrative assistant to join our growing team based in Leicestershire.
**Job Description/Responsibilities**
- To provide assistance and support to the team by undertaking a range of administrative duties
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Inputting data and keeping records and files up to date
- Liaising with a variety of customers
- Basic office duties
**Required Abilities and Skills**
- Quick to learn
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to empathise with vulnerable customers
- Computer literate - must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel at the least
- Ability to take direction but also to work on own initiative
**Hours**
Part-time - 20 to 25 hours per week, ideally 4/5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Remote working is not suitable for this role.
**Salary**
Negotiable - dependant on experience
