Part Time Finance Administrator

Job Title: Finance Administrator
Job Overview:
Duties to include:
- Weekly notification to certain customers of upcoming rental charges
- Maintaining Masterfiles of Rental allowances and ensuring bespoke system accurately reflects correct allowances, amending orders as required
- Reviewing system generated transactions have been properly raised, and amending rental period where needed
- Weekly invoicing of Customer Rentals
- Dealing with Customer queries
- Raising issues with management as required
- Review and maintenance of bespoke system for duplicate addresses and moving records and orders
Key working relationships include:
- Reporting to Accounts Manager
- Customer Services Team
- Finance Team
- Customers
This is a newly created role, which requires a high level of attention to detail, a methodical person, who is motivated but also able to follow instruction. Requirements:
- Finance/Admin background
- Methodical approach to work and problem solving
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate excel skills - Lookups and Pivot Tables essential
- Ability to work to deadlines
4.5 hours a week, Mon to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
