We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to our Managing Director to help lighten his load and maximise our impact - there's so many exciting projects going on but just not enough hours in the day

The role is perfect for an ambitious individual who wants to make their mark, looking for their first steps in digital but is willing to muck in and do the boring (but necessary) tasks too.

**Role overview**:
You'll play a crucial role in driving change in small businesses from day one - but you’ll also be there to ensure everything runs smoothly - from scheduling meetings, to updating a website, to putting a digital marketing plan in place, you’ll never be bored. **You will achieve this by**:
**Digital & Marketing**:

- Making basic changes to WordPress websites.
- Creating social media content and graphics using Canva.
- Scheduling social media posts.
- Using different software such as Jotform, Mailerlite, WordPress, Canva.
- Attending networking events to promote the company.
- Basic content writing of articles for various websites we manage.

**Administration**:

- Acting as the main point of contact for our team and clients, filtering out what is important to pass onto the Managing Director and what isn't.
- Collate progress reports on what the team have been working on in particular areas of the business.
- Communicating with the team on behalf of the Managing Director, asking for changes, progress updates, briefing them on projects etc.
- Completion of general daily administrative tasks, this may include some invoicing as well as basic bookkeeping.
- Attending meetings and minute taking.
- Project management, including outsourcing tasks and monitoring progress.

- 4 day working week, Monday to Thursday - occasional Friday working.
- Actual salary of £24,000 to £30,000.
