About the Role

Talent84 is a fast-paced organization that requires a highly skilled Personal Assistant / Administrator to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel for the MD.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish.
  • Document Preparation: Create accurate and professional documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Data Input: Maintain records and input data into Sage software.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in developing marketing initiatives and utilizing social media platforms.
