Kingston Hospital is developing multi professional simulation based training for all staff to improve the safety of patient care. Simulation is also a core component of all post graduate medical curricula.

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to develop and manage our Simulation Faculty in conjunction with the Consultant Simulation Lead.

You will be an experienced practioner in your clinical field ready for a new challenge in education and simulation. You will be responsible for managing the simulation Programme and development of the simulation team. This will include maintenance of the simulation suite, human patient simulators and technical equipment. Technical training will be provided if required.

Development of skills in simulation based education will be encouraged to enable active participation in the development and delivery of training including debrief.
