**Location: Bolton Salary: up to £25k**

**The Role**
Whilst working within the HR team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruitment including adverts, inductions, events, interviews
- Engaging with the employee lifecycle including onboarding, processing leavers, monitoring absences
- Providing low level advice to line management
- Carrying out payroll
- Supporting disciplinaries
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- HR administrator or coordinator experience
- CIPD level 3
- Microsoft skills
Qualities:
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work to instructions but also take initiative
- Friendly and easy-going manner
