**Position Overview**
Are you an experienced Office Coordinator P/A looking for an amazing new opportunity? Do you like organising, sorting everyone out and being that 'go to person' in the office? Can you spin plates and juggle a busy workload? If so, this is the role for you You’ll be working in a super friendly team, making sure the office runs like a dream, keeping the amazing environment tip/top and the team super organised too. There’s loads of opportunity to learn and develop, with a supportive environment
You will be:
- Opening/closing and keeping the office organised, running smoothly, and maintaining a professional and friendly environment
- Meeting/greeting clients and visitors
- Taking the lead on office general enquiries, consumables, and orders, ordering food, and beverages, managing meetings, taking notes and hosting to a high standard
- Maintaining equipment, supplies, and general office cleanliness
- Managing and coordinating team calendars, booking diary invites, events and client visits
- Performing general clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, managing and coordinating calendars
- **This is an office based role, no hybrid/home working is available due to nature of the role, the fixed working hours are 40 each week; Monday-Friday either: 8:00am-17:00pm or 8:30am-17:30pm only**
**Desired Experience and Education**
- Qualification in business administration preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
