**Position Overview**

Are you an experienced Office Coordinator P/A looking for an amazing new opportunity? Do you like organising, sorting everyone out and being that 'go to person' in the office? If so, this is the role for you You’ll be working in a super friendly team, making sure the office runs like a dream, keeping the amazing environment tip/top and the team super organised too. You will be:

- Opening/closing and keeping the office organised, running smoothly, and maintaining a professional and friendly environment
- Meeting/greeting clients and visitors
- Taking the lead on office general enquiries, consumables, and orders, ordering food, and beverages, managing meetings, taking notes and hosting to a high standard
- Maintaining equipment, supplies, and general office cleanliness
- Managing and coordinating team calendars, booking diary invites, events and client visits
- Performing general clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, managing and coordinating calendars
- **This is an office based role, no hybrid/home working is available due to nature of the role, the fixed working hours are 40 each week; Monday-Friday either: 8:00am-17:00pm or 8:30am-17:30pm only**

**Desired Experience and Education**
- Qualification in business administration preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
