**About Our Client**:
Our client is a reputable entity within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, with an employee base of over 500 individuals. They are renowned for manufacturing high-quality products and have a strong presence in Bolton.

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

- Maintain HR records by updating internal databases with new hire information
- Facilitate internal communication regarding updates on company policies
- Create reports on HR metrics to present to the management team
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee skill development
- Resolve employee concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with labour law developments

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- A problem-solving attitude with an ability to handle sensitive issues
- Willingness to learn
