**ADOBE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
**Charterhouse Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting our client based in Hemel Hempstead during a period of growth. **WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:
- Basic salary is between £35k to £40k DOE plus and OTE of £60k

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER'S DAY**:
- Joining our clients' Software Licensing Team you will manage the Adobe account
- Take over the day-to-day management of Adobe and support the continued growth
- Vendor management, marketing, sales, training, and fundamentally looking to increase the revenue and profit of the account
- Managing key relationships with Adobe personnel and engage in quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with other relevant teams
- Developing a detailed understanding of Adobe licensing
- Maintaining the day-to-day relationship via weekly calls
- Collaborating with the software admin team to monitor sales data
- Manage the Adobe pipeline
- Proactively call into new and existing accounts to drive Adobe messaging, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Understanding and working towards quarterly targets.
**NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
- Be proactive and able to work independently
- Be able to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Able to establish strong working relationships quickly
- Experience with software licensing
