If this is you then the Neurodevelopmental Specialist Service Team is seeking to recruit a driven, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of working using their own initiative, to become part of our Business Support Team.

This post offers an exciting opportunity to build upon existing skills and experience within a Team responsible for providing a comprehensive support and administration service. The post holder will be a key member of a small team and will report to the Office Admin Manager.

We are looking for someone with first-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, who can adapt their interpersonal and relational skills to a wide cross-section of roles, bandings and organisational boundaries. It would also be advantageous if the successful person had a knowledge of using RIO although this is not essential.

The post requires excellent organisational skills, and the ideal post holder should be adaptable and flexible and have previous experience of working in a busy team. They should be experienced in dealing with confidential information, data processing, using IT and audio
- visual equipment (including social media), as well as experience in the wider administrative requirements of the Directorate.

Please note that this post may not meet the pay and skill level required for a Skilled worker visa

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of Agenda for Change Band 3. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.

Applicants should have a good standard of English and Mathematics, have previous experience of Business Administration and be willing to further their development.

This position would be based at The Pines, Highbury Hospital, Highbury Road, Nottingham.
