Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business in Nottingham. You will form part of a great team reporting to the Practice Manager. This is a key role, and you will be the go-to person for all internal processes.

Your new role
You will support the team with general internal running and operations and be the heart of the office.
Your role will incorporate day-to-day office duties and project co-ordination. Creating high quality communication to keep all staff up to date on internal matters and be the point of contact across the team.
Support with monthly business planning
Performing admin tasks such as scheduling meetings, travel, team events and data analysis
Help set up and organise internal meetings
Co-ordinate employee relations and outsourced partner relationships - scheduling regular reviews
Assist with presentations, spreadsheets and other documents
People-related initiatives associated with business objectives
Take leadership of individual projects and initiatives
Support the leadership team with ad hoc diary management and admin tasks
Ensure office consumables are well stocked

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Business/Office Manager and have experience working in a similar role.
You will have experience of project co-coordination, diary management, recruitment support, people plan - development and engagement, facilities support, book travel and accomodation and executive projects.

You will be IT literate - all MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word

What you'll get in return
