Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

HPower Group, a global event and equestrian venue consultancy company, is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead and expand its operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability across global markets.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients, particularly in international markets.
  • Event Management: Annual events, including the Royal Windsor Horse Show, and the annual London International Horse Show in the UK plus a variety of additional events internationally.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the company's expansion into new markets, with a focus on the Far East where events such as the Hong Kong International Horse Show are hosted.
  • Commercial Viability: To oversee the commercial imperatives of the company, including the sponsorship, hospitality, retail units and public admissions.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of events and services.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance to meet financial goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse, established and well-respected team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within a large event and venue management company or similar.
  • Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing international operations and expansion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the board and senior management team.
