Our Global Business Coordination department is responsible for anticipating, identifying, and responding to changes within a constantly evolving retail industry. This is a chance for you to have a global impact by delivering impactful research to inform global decision making and drive a consumer-centric culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consumer Research Analyst to join our expanding team. You will play an important part in the continued development of Aldi South’s global vision for Customer Experience.

You will help to ensure we put our customers at the heart of decisions to improve our market share and create new business opportunities. You will be confident collating and distilling multiple data sources, to tell a clear and compelling story to inspire business change.

You will be a key part of improving customer experience at ALDI on a global scale, transforming the business and preparing for the future.

The role is UK based, but part of a global team, therefore some travel on demand should be expected, as per the needs of the project, or upon request of the Consumer & Market Research Manager.

**Your New Role**:

- Inspire innovation to the Aldi South’s Customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying market & consumer trends, and unmet needs for multiple countries
- Deliver in-house qualitative & quantitative research studies
- Brief & project manage research conducted through third parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with research partners & consultancies
- Design and socialise impactful deliverables to communicate key findings
- Use secondary research resources to enhance knowledge
- Deliver proactive research to help the business understandthe market & competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong & collaborative relationshipswith National Research Teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to add additional valuethrough Research

***About You**:

- Experience in planning, designing & executingquantitative research studies
- Experience in creating compelling insights to influencesenior stakeholders
- Ability to build strong working relationships, anticipatestakeholder needs & manage expectations
- High attention to detail & data accuracy
- Strong IT literacy and highly proficient at using Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word
- Ability to tell the story with research data & ‘join the dots’
- Ability to identify and clearly communicate the insights and implications for Aldi
- Ability to ask the right questions and identify the most effective research methods to solve business problems
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise conflicting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach

**What you will get in Return**:

- Salary starting from £34,825 rising to £50,390
- Monday to Friday,8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
- The opportunity to travel to ALDI South countries as required
