Business Development Coordinator

Pertemps Tamworth is seeking an experienced and ambitious customer service / sales support professional to fill a full-time office-based position. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will focus on order processing for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional consultative insights to anticipate specific customer needs and increase sales.
The role offers a generous basic salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including life and income protection cover, private medical cover, PPRP Bonus, pension contribution, dental cover, and more.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and supporting business growth by proactively identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Excellent data input and administration skills are essential for this role.
- A proven track record of working in a customer sales/partnering role and demonstrating results is required.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills are necessary to converse professionally with customers.
- You must be a team player with strong work ethics.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
