EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a **Shipping Coordinator/Administrator** to join a precision engineering company located in **Tamworth **working on a permanent basis.

Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies, therefore, we require a Shipping Coordinator/Administrator to join their existing talent team. As a Shipping Coordinator/Administrator you will play an integral part of the business by supporting the logistics and shipping team to ensure parts are delivered on time and in full.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Talk to freight forwarders to manage incoming and outgoing freight
- Support delivery performance to ensure best practices are being followed
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure deliveries are made on time
- Update order management systems
- Prepare all relevant documentation required
- Manage all associated shipping paperwork
- Support the Shipping & Logistics Team in a variety of different work

**Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate**:

- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Engineering, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain background
- Ability to multi task and deal with changing demands
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
