Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Logistics Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) ocean freight shipments, including imports and exports. Key duties include:

  • Providing quotations and making bookings
  • Raising accurate export/import shipping documentation
  • Completing customs entries and clearances
  • Arranging collections and deliveries with carriers
  • Liaising with customers, shipping lines, carriers, hauliers, and other parties
  • Billing out files and invoicing
  • Managing file administration and customer service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in ocean freight operations, with a background in both imports and exports

Benefits and Remuneration
