Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for engineers.

* Monitor and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

* Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.

* Maintain accurate records and databases.

* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

* Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
