We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation logistics for our company. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**What you will be doing**
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including pickups, deliveries, and shipments (up to 120 drivers across the UK and Europe)
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and efficient transportation operations, not just in the UK but across Europe
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs, mileage reports, and fuel usage
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation processes and improve overall efficiency.

**About you**
- Must have experience of working within a busy transport office (min 1 year)
- Possess detailed knowledge of the working time directive
- Fluency in an Eastern European language not essential but advantageous
- A positive 'can-do' mentality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in using transportation management software or systems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
