**Hospitality Coordinator**
£13.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Permanent, Part Time (Wednesday to Friday, 18 hours)

Location: Tamworth

Hours: 08:00-15:00 (with 1hr unpaid lunch)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support Board of Directors and Trustees meetings: Manage catering supplies, assist with delivery and clean-up
- Coordinate daily refreshment services for onsite employees
- Arrange catering for group visitors and training academy delegates, ensuring capacity compliance
- Maintain stock levels of refreshment supplies and sundries across facilities
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen areas, oversee cleaning supplies for external providers
- Foster positive atmosphere, monitor department satisfaction levels

**Skills and Experience**:

- Valid UK driving license
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and internet usage
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure
