**Base**: Inverclyde Community Adult Nursing
**Role of the department**:
To provide a community nursing service to the housebound population of Inverclyde along with support to care homes.
**The job the applicant will be doing**:
To assist the Charge Nurse and provide effective and holistic nursing care to a designated caseload within Inverclyde HSCP
Rotation within Inverclyde locality anticipated as Service Demands
