Compassionate Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner in Greenock.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
As a Support Practitioner, you will assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, appointments, personal finances, moving and handling, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
