**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Team Lead to join our team in Inverclyde Council. As a key member of our Child and Family Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in providing support to vulnerable children and families.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to motivate and guide their team to achieve outstanding results, while also building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a local authority setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results
  • Strong relationship-building skills

**Salary:** £52,200 - £54,100 per annum
