Job Title:

Night Nurse (RGN) - Care Home

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at a care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents with a range of physical and mental needs.

You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop tailored care plans and provide medicine safely. Your professional judgment and critical thinking skills will be essential in making decisions that impact resident care.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements:
  • NMC registration
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
