Affiliate Partnerships Executive

**Role Summary
**As an Affiliate Partnerships Executive sitting within the Affiliate Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and handling existing gaming affiliates across all UK&I products. Reporting to the Affiliate Partnerships Manager, the role will have responsibility for helping maintain our key relationships and reporting on performance whilst also helping within other areas of the team and business where required.
Office location: London/Dublin/Malta/ Leeds
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle existing relationships with key partners helping to identify ways we can grow acquisition volumes and player quality.
- Lead on key projects within the team to help drive acquisition or reporting visibility
- Coordinate affiliates ensuring efficiency through analysis of conversions rates and value
- Be the spokesperson for the team - required to present on KPIs to senior partners
- Identify new potential Gaming affiliates across UK&I regions
- Help the team analyse, negotiate and implement affiliate deals
- Provide relevant and insightful reports to the Team and key partners
- Supervise the competitor landscape to constantly identify new marketing opportunities
- Represent the brand at affiliate conferences or personal meetings with affiliate partners
- Ensure all partners are compliant and adhering to regulation guidelines
- Ensure creative assets are scheduled and provided accurately to affiliates. Be the team’s point of contact for creative and ad-server queries
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Must have knowledge of online marketing. Knowledge of other marketing channels including Social, PPC, SEO and Display beneficial
- A high-level of proficiency with data; must be comfortable in analysing campaigns and manipulating data
- A keen curiosity about gaming and the online gambling industry
- Must be analytical with a strong attention to detail (a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel required)
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to build a rapport with our partners is essential.
- Enthusiastic and hard-working must be able to work unsupervised when required
- Strong desire to learn and improve digital marketing knowledge, willing to own up to mistakes made and learn from them moving forward

- Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on a career in marketing
- Experience of using affiliate software (Net Refer, Income Access etc.)(Preferable, not crucial)
- Prior knowledge or experience working in or with CRM teams (Preferable, not crucial)
