We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated individual to join our talented Growth Marketing team as a **Senior Partnerships Manager**. You will play a crucial role in the scaling of Affiliate and Brand Partnerships channels, project managing a technical migration and overhauling processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with departments such as Marketing Analytics, Product, Creative, Content and Compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project managing the implementation of a new partnership technology alongside the Product and Integrations team and Head of Marketing Partnerships
- Leading the optimisation and documentation of processes to create greater efficiencies and effectiveness for Partnership channels
- Developing optimisation strategies for strategic partners alongside the Marketing Analytics and Content and Creative team
- Researching, onboarding, optimising and managing global and profitable Affiliate partnerships to actively increase acquisition of new clients
- Supporting the strategic development and deployment of partner powered client rewards and incentives
- Team coaching and development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Partnerships (Affiliates, Influencers, Brand Partnerships and or Referral Marketing)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- An effective multi-tasker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Results driven and proactive
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility
- English level C1+

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Experience working in a regulated industry, financial services preferred
- Experience working on martech migrations
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Experience working in a global team
- Foreign languages
