We are looking for a highly talented **Partnerships Team Lead in our London office**.
Payoneer is looking for a highly talented **Partnerships Team Lead, Europe Region** **to join a market-defining fast-growing global Fintech business. Working in a dynamic environment, the incumbent will be tasked to manage a team of Partnership Managers to increase business adoption and market penetration by enabling hundreds of thousands of SMBs and professional businesses in Europe to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions.

**What's the job?**

**What You'll Be Spending Your Time On**
- Own and achieve annual partnership targets; driving lead-generation, revenue and ideal customer profile acquisition
- Manage a regional team of Partnership Managers, driving high performance, engagement and professional development
- Develop and execute GMT plans to grow and expand the channel partnerships portfolio, including initiatives to grow referrals from existing partners and accelerating the acquisition of new partners
- Drive efficiencies, productivity and tracking in the E2E pipeline and partner cycle - from partners target list & pipeline management, partner onboarding, partner activation and partner growth
- Optimize collaboration and efficiencies with the sales team to maximize SQL and ICP conversions
- Strategize new high potential markets, use cases and verticals, and manage team resource allocation for optimal growth
- Establish reseller channel for the region, identifying relevant markets, industries and profiles, and launching reseller program
- Support execution of the regional product partnerships plan
- Collaborate with marketing to create launch and growth plans for high potential partners
- Represent the Europe team as the partnerships focal point and interact cross-functionally to achieve GTM and corporate goals

**Does this sound like you?**
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales, with at least 2 years demonstrative experience in channel or reseller partnerships
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Management experience a plus, but not required if you have other experience that demonstrates leadership skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
- Ability to manage a high performing team and to influence internal stakeholders
- Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Not a Must But a Great Advantage**
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME Customer Segment
- Experience developing business in Eastern, Central and Southern Europe
- Experience working and excelling at high growth, international company with diverse culture
