**What the Opportunity Looks Like**:

- Enhanced Platform Partnerships: As a Partnerships Lead, your primary goal is to bolster and fortify our relationships with key social media platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Focus on strategic relationship management with our platform partners, nurturing these key connections to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Diverse Advertising Offerings: Promote and sell a comprehensive range of advertising opportunities while also innovating new ones based on clients' objectives and the unique capabilities of our platform partners.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and execute innovative partnership strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets and objectives.
- Key Partner Development: Identify and cultivate key target partnerships, aiming to establish long-term collaborative relationships that drive our business forward.
- Compelling Pitch Creation: Craft and deliver compelling pitches tailored to platform partner objectives, securing new opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships.
- End-to-End Relationship Management: Take full responsibility for managing platform partnerships and maintaining strong relationships, from initial discussions to successful execution, ensuring all parties benefit.
- Market Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations related to the partner platforms, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the table.
- Travel: Given the location of our offices and our partner platforms, this role will require an element of international travel.

**Skills and Experience We'd Like You to Have**:

- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media channels, including Meta (formerly Facebook), Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Proposal Expertise: Demonstrable ability to understand partner briefs and craft the right proposals that align with their needs and objectives.
- Strategic Partnership Skills: Proven experience in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
- Results-Driven Passion: Passionate about delivering exceptional work and achieving robust business outcomes for partners, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Adaptability: Exhibit an aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment and staying updated on platform developments and industry trends.
