**About the role**:
As Head of Partnerships & Affiliates you will play a pivotal role within our organisation, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director to oversee and develop innovative affiliate and partnerships strategies aimed at driving lead generation and achieving key performance indicators.

With a keen focus on execution, as Head of Partnerships & Affiliates you will be responsible for implementing these strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with our corporate objectives and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. Through this collaborative approach, we will continue to drive growth, expand our reach, and establish ourselves as a leader in our space.

**Duties will include**:

- Creating and nurturing key relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth.
- Finding new partners and affiliates that can drive volumes of profitable customers.
- Leading and attending partnership events for specific industry verticals.
- Handling the negotiation of commercial deals with partners and affiliate.
- Ensuring our partner and affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements.
- Report to Management regarding affiliate budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business.
- 3 years’ experience minimum, in a similar role.
- An excellent communicator and strong negotiator who can build relationships easily.
- A demonstrated ability to grow revenue coming from partnership & affiliates.
- A background in Fintech or financial services, preferably with FX experience.

- Experience setting up online affiliate programmes.
