About the Role
A rapidly growing B2B provider in the online gaming/gambling sector is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead and expand its business unit. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a high-impact business division and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Create and implement strategies aligned with company objectives, including business plans and financial models, identifying market opportunities, and assessing risks.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners and clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee client onboarding processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Select jurisdictions for expansion, secure necessary licenses, and ensure all products and services meet regulatory standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and document processes in collaboration with various departments, including Anti-fraud, Payment Gateway, Casino, CRM, and MarTech.
- Budget and Performance Management: Oversee the business unit’s budget, track KPIs, and provide regular financial and performance reports to optimize resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote products and represent the business unit at industry events.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B partnerships within the online gambling industry is a must.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, such as COO, CRO, CMO, CBDO, or Head of.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international gambling brands and a deep understanding of regulatory environments.
- Highly adaptable and capable of driving strategic initiatives in a dynamic industry.
