Location: London

Role: Head of Partnerships & Sponsorships

Sector: Incubator/Accelerator

Salary: £80k total package pro rata

2-3 days/week, 6-month contract


We're working with an awesome company that supports founders and entrepreneurs through an invaluable accelerator programme that develops premium brands.


They're now looking to formalise and expand their partnerships with values-aligned organisations and need a Head of Partnerships/ Sponsorships to spearhead this goal.


What you'll be doing:-

  • Identifying and securing key sponsorships for the program
  • Identifying, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with values-aligned brands and businesses
  • Crafting compelling proposals, pitches and sponsorship packages
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective sponsors/ partners
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, events and program teams
  • Performance tracking and reporting


What you'll need:-

  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, business development, or sales within a related industry (e.g., non-profit, events, media, or tech)
  • Accelerator, Incubator or Venture Building experience highly preferable
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
