**About the role**:
As our HR Advisor at Reckitt Hull, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations. Engage in a diverse array of HR tasks, including employee relations resolutions, supporting Hull Site projects and improving policies and procedures, that empower our workforce and foster a culture where everyone thrives. **Your responsibilities**:

- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide input into business goals, execute local HR projects and implement HR programs.
- Manage employee relations cases to resolution, providing guidance, including coaching and counselling.
- Liaise with vendors for employee services such as benefits, outplacement etc.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases, ensuring that all relevant documentation, correspondence, and outcomes are appropriately recorded.
- Collaborate with HRBP, Legal Counsel, and appropriate third parties to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Develop and deliver first line manager training.
- Support HRBP’s with client areas, dealing with day-to-day approvals required, such as Fixed Term Contract extensions or releases, employee movements and data changes.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating HR Portal through HR transitional periods.

- Ability to understand and provide guidance on HR compliance efforts.
- A background in forging solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- An understanding of business operations and the ability to bolster HR functions in support of company goals.
- Competent in executing plans with a detail-oriented perspective.
- Digital savviness, familiar with modern HR systems and tools.
- Commercially aware, with a talent for cultivating employee engagement and enriching the employee experience.
